Article 3 Conditions for imports

Where quarantine is a condition for imports into F1Great Britain of consignments of aquaculture animals in accordance with Chapter IV of Regulation (EC) No 1251/2008, such consignments shall only be imported into Great Britain if the conditions laid down in this Chapter are complied with.
