Article 4 General principles

Actions launched or continued under the ISA programme shall be based on the following principles:

1. (a)

   technological neutrality and adaptability;

2. (b)

   openness;

3. (c)

   reusability;

4. (d)

   privacy and protection of personal data; and

5. (e)

   security.
