Council Decision 2010/121/CFSP

amending the Annex to Common Position 2004/161/CFSP renewing restrictive measures against Zimbabwe

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,

Whereas:

On 19 February 2004, the Council adopted Common Position 2004/161/CFSP renewing restrictive measures against Zimbabwe^f1.

(2)

Council Decision 2010/92/CFSP^f2, adopted on 15 February 2010, extended the restrictive measures provided for in Common Position 2004/161/CFSP until 20 February 2011.

The Council considers that one person should be added to the list of persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures provided for in Common Position 2004/161/CFSP. The list set out in the Annex to Common Position 2004/161/CFSP should be amended accordingly,
