Article 11 Implementation and consistency of the EU's response

1.

The HR shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision and shall also ensure that it is consistent with the EU's external action as a whole, including the EU's development programmes.

2.

The Head of Mission shall assist the HR in implementing this Decision.
