Article 1

Article 2(3) is replaced by the following:

‘3.

The national authorities responsible for the implementation of the legislation shall be listed in Appendix 2. A list of the bodies responsible for conformity checks, as regularly updated, can be obtained from the Authorities listed in Appendix 2.’
