Article 2

Article 3(1) is replaced by the following:

‘1.

Each Party shall recognise, as regards seeds of the species covered by the legislation listed in section 2 of Appendix 1, certificates as defined in paragraph 2 that have been drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the other by the bodies mentioned in Article 2(3).’
