Article 14 Employment

The SHARE-ERIC is an equal opportunity employer. Employment contracts shall follow the national laws of the country in which the staff is employed.

Subject to the requirements of national legislation, each Contracting Party shall within its jurisdiction facilitate the movement and residence of nationals of the Contracting Party countries involved in the tasks of the SHARE-ERIC and of the family members of such nationals.
