Article 15 Amendments

The Council shall have the power to change these Statutes and its annexes by a qualified vote. A two thirds majority shall be required to amend any of these articles and annexes. The date of any amendments shall be recorded in these Statutes.

The Statutes of the SHARE-ERIC shall at all times comply with Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 on the Community legal framework for a European Research Infrastructure and all other applicable European Laws and Regulations.
