Criteria are set for each of the following aspects:

   energy efficiency, lifetime, lumen maintenance and mercury content;

   switch on/off;

   colour rendering index;

4. (4)

   colour consistency;

   hazardous substances and mixtures;

6. (6)

   substances listed in accordance with Article 59(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council^f1;

7. (7)

   plastic parts;

8. (8)

   packaging;

9. (9)

   user instructions;

10. (10)

    social accountability;

11. (11)

    information appearing on the EU Ecolabel.
