Division (iii) Germany undertakes to ensure that:

not later than four weeks after notification of the decision, HRE will submit the names of two or more persons to the Commission for approval as Monitoring Trustee; and

as soon as it becomes clear that reprivatisation of PBB cannot be completed by 31 December 2015, and not later than 30 September 2015, HRE will submit the names of one or more persons to the Commission for approval as Divestiture Trustee.
