Division (iv) These proposals must contain sufficient information about those persons to enable the Commission to verify whether the proposed Trustee fulfils the requirements set out in paragraph A(ii), and must in particular include the following:

the full terms of the proposed mandate with all the provisions which are necessary to enable the Trustee to fulfil its duties;
- (b)
the draft of a work plan which describes how the Trustee intends to carry out its assigned duties.
