Division (i) If the Trustee does not fulfil its functions under the commitments or for any other good cause, including the exposure of the Trustee to a conflict of interest:
United Kingdom
- (a)
the Commission may, after hearing the Trustee, require HRE to replace the Trustee; or
- (b)
HRE, with the approval of the Commission, may replace the Trustee.
