Division (ii)

If the Trustee is removed according to paragraph D(i), the Trustee may be required to continue in its function until a new Trustee is in place to whom the Trustee has effected a full handover of all relevant information. The new Trustee will be appointed in accordance with the procedure referred to in paragraphs A(i) to A(vi).
