Division 8.8 All decisions shall be passed by simple majority of the votes cast, except decisions to:
United Kingdom
- (a)
amend the statutes of CLARIN ERIC;
- (b)
after the first five years, amend Annex 2 “Annual Fee”;
- (c)
terminate CLARIN ERIC;
- (d)
terminate a membership or observer status;
- (e)
suspend or dismiss the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.
