Article XI Procedures for amending Annexes A and B

1.

A Management Entity seeking to amend Annex A or Annex B shall follow the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article X.

2.

Amendments to Annexes A and B shall be made by mutual agreement of the Management Entities.
