Article 17 Other provisions

Whenever this Agreement refers to the privileges, immunities and rights of EUTM Mali and of EUTM Mali personnel, the Government of the Host State shall be responsible for their implementation and for compliance with them on the part of the appropriate Host State local authorities.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended or may be construed to derogate from any rights that may attach to a Sending State under other agreements.
