implementing Council Decision 2012/739/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Syria

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union,

Having regard to Council Decision 2012/739/CFSP of 29 November 2012 concerning restrictive measures against Syriaf1, and in particular Article 27(1) thereof,

Whereas:

On 29 November 2012, the Council adopted Decision 2012/739/CFSP.

The Council considers that a person should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP.

(3)

It is necessary to update and amend the entries for the persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP.

(4)

Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP should be amended accordingly,
