Article 1 Scope

This Decision shall apply to products of animal origin which fulfil the following conditions:

  1. (a)

    they fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004;

  2. (b)

    they do not comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004;

  3. (c)

    they were introduced into Croatia from third countries before 1 July 2013.
