Article 29 Winding up

1.

The winding up of EATRIS ERIC shall be decided by the Board of Governors.

2.

The European Commission shall be notified within 10 calendar days of the decision to wind up EATRIS ERIC.

3.

Assets remaining after payment of EATRIS ERIC debts shall be apportioned among the Members in proportion to their accumulated annual contribution to EATRIS ERIC.

4.

The European Commission shall be notified within 10 calendar days of the closure of the winding up procedure.
