Article 30 Language and availability of the Statutes

1.

These Statutes shall be kept up to date and made publicly available on the website of the ERIC and at its statutory seat.

2.

These Statutes shall be deemed authentic in all official language versions of the Members listed in Appendix 1. These Statutes shall also be deemed authentic in the official language versions of the Members States not listed in Appendix 1. No language version shall prevail.

3.

When language versions are not provided for through the Official Journal in case of amendments to these Statutes that do not require a Commission Decision, they shall be provided by EATRIS ERIC Coordination and Support Office.
