Article 31 Applicable Law

DARIAH ERIC shall be governed, by precedence:

1. a..

   by Union law, in particular Regulation (EC) No 723/2009;

2. b..

   by the law of the Host State in case of a matter not covered, or only partly covered, by Union law;

3. c..

   by these Statutes and their implementing rules.
