Article 32 Disputes

The Court of Justice of the European Union shall have jurisdiction over litigation among the Members and Observers in relation to DARIAH ERIC, between the Members, Observers and DARIAH ERIC and over any litigation to which the European Union is a party.

European Union legislation on jurisdiction shall apply to disputes between DARIAH ERIC and third parties. In cases not covered by European Union legislation, the law of the Host State shall determine the competent jurisdiction for the resolution of such disputes.
