The following new psychoactive substances shall be subjected to control measures across the Union:

  1. (a)

    4-methyl-5-(4-methylphenyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-amine (4,4′-DMAR);

  2. (b)

    1-cyclohexyl-4-(1,2-diphenylethyl)piperazine (MT-45).
