Article 1 Definition

For the purposes of this Decision, the following definition shall apply:

• ‘Alcohol-powered flueless fireplace’ means an appliance which:

  1. (a)

     is designed to produce a decorative flame by burning alcohol, but is unsuitable for primary heating purposes; and

  2. (b)

     is not designed to be connected to a flue.
