Division 4 BAT CONCLUSIONS FOR ETHYLBENZENE AND STYRENE MONOMER PRODUCTION

The BAT conclusions in this section apply to the production of ethlybenzene using either the zeolite or AlCl₃ catalysed alkylation process; and the production of styrene monomer either by ethylbenzene dehydrogenation or co-production with propylene oxide; and apply in addition to the general BAT conclusions given in Section 1.
