The information set out in Annex I shall be first F1prepared for the reporting year 2017 unless otherwise stated in that Annex. For that reporting year, the information shall be prepared by 30 June 2019 at the latest. For subsequent reporting years, the information set out in Annex I shall be prepared every year within 9 months of the end of the reporting year.
The information set out in Annex II shall be first prepared for reporting years 2017 and 2018. For those reporting years, the information shall be prepared by 30 September 2019 at the latest. For subsequent reporting years, the information set out in Annex II shall be prepared every three years within 9 months of the end of the last of those reporting years
This Decision F2does not apply to any activity that comes within the scope of a NI Protocol obligation.
