Division 2 USER REQUIREMENTS AND MAIN DOMAINS OF APPLICATION

The Maritime Surveillance component shall respond to the monitoring requirements of the following user communities:

1. (a)

   fisheries control;

2. (b)

   maritime security and safety;

3. (c)

   customs and law enforcement;

4. (d)

   defence.
