Division 5 Where municipal waste is incinerated together with other waste, the concentration of metals in the incinerated waste from various sources shall be determined through a sampling survey of the waste that enters the incineration operation. This survey shall be carried out at least every five years and whenever there are reasons to expect that the composition of the waste has significantly changed. The mass of metals originating from municipal waste shall be calculated by applying the following formula:F1
