Division 4.1 Calculation of the CO2 savings

The total CO2 savings of the lighting package shall be calculated in accordance with the specific powertrain of the vehicle (i.e. Conventional, NOVC-HEV).

  1. 4.1.1Internal combustion engine powered passenger cars and NOVC-HEVs of category M 1 for which uncorrected measured fuel consumption and CO 2 emission values may be used in accordance with paragraph 1.1.4 of Appendix 2 to Sub-Annex 8 to Annex XXI to Regulation (EU) 2017/1151
  2. 4.1.2NOVC-HEVs not falling within the scope of point 4.1.1
