Division (4) Production from certified seed potatoes

The potatoes fulfil one of the following requirements:

  1. (a)

    they are grown from seed potatoes certified in and imported from F1the United Kingdom into Lebanon;

  2. (b)

    they are grown from seed potatoes imported into Lebanon from a third country or parts thereof, for which the entry into F2Great Britain of seed potatoes is not prohibited pursuant to F3Article 40(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, and certified in that third country.
