Article 1

Implementing Decision 2013/776/EU is amended as follows:

1. 1..

   In recital 10, indent:

   • ‘projects in the field of higher education falling under external cooperation instruments (…)’

   to be replaced by the following:

   • ‘projects in the field of education, audiovisual, culture, citizenship and youth falling under external cooperation instruments (…)’.

2. 2..

   In the first subparagraph of Article 3(1), point (e) to be replaced by the following:

   1. (e)

      ‘Projects in the field of education, audiovisual, culture, citizenship and youth under the following external cooperation instruments:

      • Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II)^f1,

      • Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument^f2,

      • Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a financing instrument for development cooperation^f3,
