Article 15 Support by the EEAS

The EEAS shall bear the costs arising from the hosting of the Head and the Secretariat within its premises, including information technology costs, the secondment of the Head and the secondment of one assistant staff member to the Secretariat.

The EEAS shall provide the ESDC with the administrative support necessary to recruit and manage its staff and to implement its budget.
