Article 17 Voluntary contributions

1.

For the purpose of financing specific activities, the ESDC may receive and manage voluntary contributions from Member States and institutes or other donors. Such contributions shall be specifically designated by the ESDC.

2.

Technical arrangements for the contributions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be negotiated by the Head.
