Germany may derogate from the technical requirements set out in Annex 8 to ES-TRIN standard 2017/1 in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annexf1 to this Decision, for the following passenger vessels:

  • Innogy with a Unique European Vessel Identification Number 04804940,

  • Alsterwasser with a Unique European Vessel Identification Number 04807190.
