Division 3 Semen for intra-Community trade must:F1

  1. (a)

    be stored in approved conditions for a minimum period of 30 days prior to dispatch. This requirement shall not apply to fresh semen.

  2. (b)

    be transported to the Member State of destination in containers which have been cleaned and disinfected or sterilised before use and which have been sealed and numbered prior to dispatch from the approved storage facilities.
