Division 1.1.2 As an optional alternative to Section 1.1.1 and with the exception of engines for the propulsion of railcars and locomotives, the OEM may seek permission for the OEM’s engine manufacturers to place on the market a fixed number of engines for the OEM’s exclusive use. The number of engines in each engine category shall not exceed the following ceilings:F1
