Division 4 Directive 2009/138/EC is amended as follows:

in the first subparagraph of Article 73(5), the following point is inserted:

1. (ea)

   ‘1 July 2013 for undertakings authorised in Croatia;’;

Annex III is amended as follows:

1. (i)

   in Part A, the following point is inserted:

   1. (10a)

      ‘in the case of the Republic of Croatia: “dioničko društvo”, “društvo za uzajamno osiguranje”;’;

2. (ii)

   in Part B, the following point is inserted:

   1. (10a)

      ‘in the case of the Republic of Croatia: “dioničko društvo”, “društvo za uzajamno osiguranje”;’;

   in Part C, the following point is inserted:
