Division 9 Information to be borne by and to accompany the instrument

9.1A measuring instrument shall bear the following inscriptions:

9.3The instrument shall be accompanied by information on its operation, unless the simplicity of the measuring instrument makes this unnecessary. Information shall be easily understandable and shall include where relevant:
