Article 46 Scope of prudential supervision

Member States shall ensure that IORPs are subject to prudential supervision including the supervision of the following where applicable:

1. (a)

   conditions of operation;

2. (b)

   technical provisions;

3. (c)

   funding of technical provisions;

4. (d)

   regulatory own funds;

5. (e)

   available solvency margin;

6. (f)

   required solvency margin;

7. (g)

   investment rules;

8. (h)

   investment management;

9. (i)

   system of governance; and

10. (j)

    information to be provided to members and beneficiaries.
