Save as otherwise provided in these Staff Regulations,

1. (a)

   F2the European External Action Service (hereinafter referred to as the EEAS),

2. (b)

   the European Economic and Social Committee,

3. (c)

   the Committee of the Regions,

4. (d)

   the European Ombudsman, and

5. (e)

   the European Data Protection Supervisor

shall, for the purposes of these Staff Regulations, be treated as institutions of the F3Union.
