Article 47

Services shall be terminated by:

  1. (a)

    resignation;

  2. (b)

    compulsory resignation;

  3. (c)

    retirement in the interests of the service;

  4. (d)

    dismissal for incompetence;

  5. (e)

    removal from post;

  6. (f)

    retirement; or

  7. (g)

    death.
