The tendering security referred to in Article 7 (3) (a) shall be released if the tender is not accepted.

The primary requirements as defined in Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2220/85f1 shall be:

  • maintenance of the offer

  • lodging within the time limits set, of the application referred to in Article 7 (3) (b) and of the relevant security referred to in Article 13 (9).
