Article 6

The buyers referred to in Article 5 shall keep available for the competent national authorities accounts containing in particular:

1. (a)

   the names and addresses of the producers or operators who supplied them with the cereal grains;

2. (b)

   the quantities of each type of cereal supplied as described above and the date of such deliveries.
