The Commission shall notify the CARDS Committee and, where appropriate, the Governing Board of the European Agency for Reconstruction of the financing decisions adopted, which shall contain specific details of the contracts anticipated, including their likely value, the procedure for awarding them and the dates envisaged for invitations to tender. Those specific details shall be released on the Internet.
