The results of invitations to tender, including information on numbers of tenders received as at the contract award date and names and addresses of successful tenderers, shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities and released on the Internet. The Commission shall supply the CARDS Committee and, where appropriate, the Governing Board of the European Agency for Reconstruction, every three months, with specific detailed information on contracts concluded in implementation of programmes and projects referred to in this Regulation.
