F1Subject to regulation 59 of the 2004 Regulations amendment of F2a UK Societas's statutes shall require a decision by the general meeting taken by a majority which may not be less than two thirds of the votes cast, unless the law applicable to public limited-liability companies F3... requires or permits a larger majority.
