This Regulation establishes the criteria and procedures for a system relating to the management of fishing effort in F1those parts of ICES areas V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X and CECAF divisions 34.1.1, 34.1.2 and 34.2.0 F2which are within United Kingdom waters.
