Article 13 Tolerances

1.
The nutrient content of F1UK fertilisers shall comply with the tolerances established in Annex II, which are intended to allow for deviations in manufacture, sampling and analysis.
2.
The manufacturer shall not take systematic advantage of the tolerances given in Annex II.
3.
No tolerances are allowed in respect of the minimum and maximum contents specified in Annex I.
