Article 2b Authorisations and certificates issued in the Channel Islands and the Isle of ManF1
United Kingdom
For the purposes of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of, and Annex 2 to, this Regulation, a transporter authorisation, certificate of competence or certificate of approval granted or issued in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man is to be recognised as if it were issued by F2the competent authority in Great Britain.
