In Article 1(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2604/2000, the following shall be inserted into the table under producers in India:
Country Company Definitive duty(EUR/t) TARIC additional code ‘India South Asian Petrochem Limited 88,9 A585’

The duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 33/2005.
3.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the definitive anti-dumping duty shall not apply to imports released for free circulation in accordance with Article 2.
4.
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
